Speek, June 2025 – Present

Led product design and user research for the UK’s first digital support app for parents of children who self-harm, balancing thoughtful user experience with product strategy and business goals to deliver an MVP on a tight launch timeline (90 days from research to launch).
Conducted in-depth interviews with parents to uncover needs, pain points, and behaviours, translating insights into actionable design decisions and a set of three representative personas to guide product development.
Defined and prioritised the MVP strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager, including building an Opportunity Solution Tree, creating a detailed Customer Journey Map, and facilitating stakeholder workshops to align on priorities using an impact/effort framework.
Collaborated with the PM, fCPO and CEO to define business goals and product metrics, aligning on the short-term roadmap vision and prioritising the most impactful work to drive product adoption and business success.
Senior Product Designer
Not On The High Street, April 2024 – May 2025
E-commerce
B2C Marketplace
As a Senior Product Designer at Not On The High Street, I was embedded in a cross-functional team alongside a product manager, engineers, and data analysts. Our focus was on improving the website experience to drive customer acquisition and conversion. I collaborated closely with stakeholders from Commerce, Marketing, and Customer Support, as well as members of the Senior Leadership Team.
During my time with them, I managed to reduce the exit rate of paid marketing users landing on a PDP by up to 8%, increase their Add to Basket rate by up to 50% and improve the CVR of products with no reviews by 3-4% on average.
I planned, led and synthesised user research initiatives while scrutinising relevant data to inform or validate design decisions. Initiated a Continuous Discovery process to surface unmet customer needs. Translated insights into innovative solutions which improve customer journeys. Shared learnings company-wide to influence strategic decisions.
Helped with the transition from Sketch to Figma, taking the lead on building the Design System from the ground up for both the Product Design and Brand teams. Maintained and enhanced the Design System based on all of Figma’s up-to-date capabilities.
Senior Product Designer
Zero Gravity, May 2022 – April 2024
EdTech
Founding designer
During my time at Zero Gravity, I transformed their platform from a simple black and white interface with only a video calling feature to a beautiful, branded interface with multiple features, such as:
A jobs board which helped the company double its revenue from corporate partnerships
A learning experience with masterclasses, goals and tasks with progress tracking used by 62% of students and receiving a 9/10 feedback score
A new onboarding experience to personalise every user’s journey
A notifications system and a redesigned messaging centre
As the sole product designer on the team, I owned the end-to-end UX and UI process and worked closely with the Product Owner and Senior Leadership Team to ensure user insights informed the product roadmap.
I built from scratch and maintained a scalable Figma Design System, streamlining both design and development workflows.
Collaborated closely with engineers to ensure the timely delivery of the product vision, emphasising MVP definition due to team size constraints.
Spearheaded a mobile-first approach in a platform rework project, completing it within a one-month deadline while reshaping Information Architecture (view full case study).
